Introduction:

Compliance has the function of monitoring and ensuring that all those involved with the company are in accordance with its conduct practices. These practices must be guided by the "Code of Conduct" and by the Company's Policies, whose actions are especially focused on fighting corruption and preserving civil and criminal integrity.


Commitment:

- Prevent and reduce the risks of non-compliant conduct, reducing the degree of exposure and
and accountability of the Organization's Senior Management in relation to potential irregular or illegal behavior by its employees.
- Reduce the incidence of fraud and non-compliance, which generate the diversion of resources.
- Avoid risks of legal sanctions, financial losses and loss of reputation.
